Chapter 3 - City of Ember

 Here is my summary of City of Ember chapter 3. Doon thought that north was to the river, east was to the school, south was to the greenhouse, west was to nothing important in the City of Ember. Doon lives with his father. He also works at the pipe works. They made him wear rubber boots and a belt when he went to work. Doon knew that the pipe works are around 50 feet below the surface because he wanted to do something while was walking. He was sent to tunnel 97 to work.
